RT9465是供便携式设备使用的开关模式单节锂离子/聚合物电池充电IC,含有同步架构PWM控制器和精确的电压调节电路以及用于充电电流检测的集成化电阻。RT9465的控制算法经过优化,可根据预充电、快速充电 (恒压充电和恒流充电)等不同的充电模式改变充电参数,关键的充电参数可通过I2C接口进行程控。通过I2C接口也可对其温度进行监控。RT9465具有欠压保护、过压保护 (对VBAT侧和VBUS侧同时进行)、热调节、反向漏电保护和最低输入电压调节 (MIVR) 等特性。RT9465以WQFN-16L 3x3封装形式供货。
